Cristian Grossmann

As CEO of Beekeeper, Cris drives the strategic vision, guiding a global team passionate about making frontline lives easier. 

Coming from a family of frontline workers and having worked in the frontline himself, he understands deeply the intricacies of solving real business problems for frontline organizations.

As a Chemical Engineer and PhD in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich, Cris has over 15 years of experience in strategy, Fortune 500 business consulting, and startups. Additionally, he serves as a board member, advisor, and a first responder in his local community.

Herbert Sablotny

As CFO of Beekeeper, Herbert oversees our financial health and ensures investments fuel growth and innovation. Herbert brings a deep background in finance and operational efficiency, helping us continually reinvest in our mission. After starting his career at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Company, he served as CFO at Spark Networks, where he led the company’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange. Herbert holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance and Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Kevin McKeown

As CRO, Kevin leads our revenue strategy with a sharp focus on growth and customer success to help organizations leverage the Beekeeper platform to its fullest potential. He brings more than 27 years of experience in sales leadership and has worked at Cision, Trendkite, and Mailgun. 

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Nancy Louisnord

As CMO, Nancy shapes our brand’s growth and market reach, championing our platform as an essential solution for frontline success. 

Nancy brings 17 years of go-to-market leadership experience in the SaaS industry, driving transformative growth through data-driven strategies and execution excellence. She has held GTM leadership roles at Manta, TOPdesk, and EasyVista.

Nancy has an MBA from Quantic and Certificates of Specialization in Strategy and in Leadership from Harvard.

Kees de Vos

As CPO, Kees is the driving force behind our product innovation, dedicated to creating a platform that is both intuitive and impactful. He brings twenty years of leadership experience across the digital technology landscape. His experience spans Product Strategy & Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success, having led these disciplines at leading global SaaS companies and consultancies.

Louise Willoughby-Petit

As CHRO, Louise fosters a culture that values growth, diversity, and employee well-being. She brings 25 years of experience driving people-centric strategies within the technology and hospitality sectors.

Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden and a Certificate in Personnel Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in the UK.
